Welcome to Sweet Sugar View in the gated community of The Reserve II! This updated condo on Sugar Mountain is the perfect place to relax, perched at 4750’ in elevation. Located on the lower floor of the end building, Sweet Sugar View offers end-of-street quiet and peace you don’t find at most condos!
Head down just one flight of steps from the parking area and enter the property. You are treated to the new hardwood floors, a kitchen with granite counters and bar seating for breakfast or a snack. The living room offers streaming services connected to the SmartTV for your shows while you gather around the gas log fireplace. Breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains are visible from inside, or step on the large covered deck to soak them in. Fifty plus miles on a clear day spanning from Grandmother Mountain to Beech Mountain to the left are awesome as is the sunrise.
The condo features two bedrooms, including a king suite with a private television and expansive long-range views. The ensuite bath is equipped with a jetted tub, a tiled walk-in shower, and a double vanity. Adjacent to the kitchen is a Queen guest bedroom with a smart TV and an attached full bathroom, which also offers direct access from the hallway for guest convenience.
Guests are invited to unwind on the deck and soak in the timeless mountain views! For the adventurous, you can hike down to the ski slopes. There is a walking trail located just past the lower section of Reserve II community that provides access to Sugar Mountain. Please be advised that the walking trail is located downhill beyond the lower level of this condo community.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO READ BEFORE BOOKING:
- All guests must go to our Banner Elk office before arriving to the property to pick up their card to access the community. If arriving to this office after hours, there will be a lockbox with your card inside. The card must be returned upon departure to avoid a $100 fine.
- The HOA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Parking is limited to 2 cars.
- The town of Sugar Mountain requires AWD/4WD or chains in times of snow and ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Returning guests of Sweet Sugar View may receive a 10% discount off the standard rental rate, not to be combined with any other discounts off the rental rate.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
