Downstairs, the lower-level living area is a bright and inviting retreat, with a full wall of windows and sliding glass doors that blur the line between indoors and out. Sink into the cozy seating for a movie night on the big-screen TV, or mix up something delicious at the nearby wet bar—perfect for cocktails, laughter, and a little friendly competition around the shuffleboard table or the Golden Tee retro arcade cabinet. Three additional bedrooms make this level a peaceful getaway for everyone, each with its own TV for private downtime. The second king suite opens directly onto the lower deck and boasts an ensuite bath with granite double vanities and a custom tiled shower. Another king bedroom sits just steps from a beautifully tiled hallway bath, while the bunk room steals the show with its custom-built bunks—two twins over two queens—and a private ensuite that keeps everyone happy after a long day of fun.
Step outside and you’ll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty that defines Eagles Nest. The main level deck wraps around the home and provides jaw-dropping mountain views and ample seating to enjoy them from.
