Welcome to Alpine Haven at Eagles Nest, a beautifully appointed luxury mountain retreat just 5 minutes from the community’s front gate. This modern lodge blends comfort, style, and the natural beauty of the High Country, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.
Step inside to a warm and inviting great room featuring a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, a TV mounted above the mantle, and cozy seating with a sofa and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains.
The dining area boasts a table for 8, and the granite kitchen island offers seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for preparing delicious meals. A convenient laundry room is tucked just off the dining area.
The main level hosts a tranquil king ensuite with a TV, walk-in closet, and deck access. The private bathroom offers a soaking tub, a tiled shower, double granite vanities, and a separate water closet. A half bath on this level adds extra convenience for guests.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional ensuite bedrooms. A king ensuite with TV, granite counters, and a tiled shower, and a bunk ensuite with two sets of twin over twin bunks, a TV, granite countertops, and a tiled shower, perfect for kids or extra guests. The upper level also includes a cozy loft with a queen sleeper, offering additional flexible sleeping space.
Outdoor living at Alpine Haven is simply spectacular. The main deck is split into two distinct spaces. The half-covered area features a gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing no matter the weather. The open-air section is perfect for mountain-view barbecues, featuring a hot tub and grill. Steps from the deck lead down to a spacious firepit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying crisp mountain evenings.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home allows one dog for an additional rent of $25 per night plus taxes.
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website
- All linens and towels provided.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises or traffic may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
