Rocky Top Retreat welcomes you to the High Country of North Carolina! This stunning 4-bedroom home is the ultimate retreat for those seeking a relaxing break from everyday life or even those looking for an action-packed adventure in the mountains!
Entering into the main level of the property, you will find a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom offers its own private deck access with stunning views, which also includes the 5 seater hot tub! The garage is also on the main level which has been converted to a game area with a ping-pong table. Head downstairs to find another queen bedroom, complete with its own bathroom, as well as access to the lower deck! Head upstairs to the "main level" where you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, and more great deck space. The kitchen is fully equipped, making preparing a meal for the family a breeze. The living room offers cozy furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy an evening overlooking the stunning long-range views. A perfect place to watch the sunset! The main level also features a coffee bar and a half bathroom. Lastly, head upstairs to find two more bedrooms - one with a twin-over-full bunk bed and the luxurious master suite, each with their own private bathroom. The master suite also offers expansive views of the mountains.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood’s Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC’s North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- The elevator is not available for guest use.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- You may purchase firewood for the outdoor fireplace from us and have it delivered prior to your arrival. This service requires one-week notice prior to arrival, no exceptions. The cost for firewood is $25 per night, plus 12.75% tax. Each night purchased includes 2 small bundles (each bundle contains 6-8 pieces of wood) and 1 fire starter log. There is no refund for unused firewood.
- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to four standard vehicles.
- This home is pet friendly for only one mature, well-trained dog 50 pounds or less.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
