For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.
If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.
Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.
