Welcome to the largest two-bedroom condo at Seaside Villa! This retreat has a prime location within walking distance from the new Celebration Park and everything that Coligny has to offer. True to its name, this condo offers seaside living at its finest - located just steps from the ocean. Located on the second floor, this condo offers great ocean views from the private balcony, which has been furnished with four beach chairs and a convenient table. The air-conditioned interior offers tile floors throughout, along with plantation shutters in the living room, and a washer/dryer on-site for your laundry needs (something rare to find!). The living room is all about comfort with two chairs and an inviting sofa and a flatscreen TV with cable. The eat-in kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and a four-person round table for family meals. There is a convenient coffee maker for the coffee lovers of the group. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Additional amenities include a community heated outdoor pool and charcoal grills.
