Ti Tihi, suitably named for its location nearing the summit of Queenstown Hill, embraces all the expectations of this breath-taking position.
Spanning over three levels, the in-house lift conveniently connects all three floors. Enter through the glass doors to the top floor be and welcomed by the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The perfect space to host the entire family. With expansive floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the home and doors opening out onto the terraces. Take a moment to relax in the swivel chairs and watch the weather patterns move across Lake Wakatipu. Easy access to the outdoor living, light the outdoor fire or catch up in the outdoor hot tub to regal the stories of the day.
The master bedroom, also situated on this level, is the epitome of luxury with a super king-sized bed, ensuite with bath, walk in robe and views that make waking up an unforgettable experience. Three further bedrooms are located on the second floor all featuring king splits. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom whilst the remaining two share a bathroom suite. All bedroom suites offer the latest in interior furnishings, ample wardrobe spaces and direct access onto the wrap around balcony.
