This spacious southwest-facing corner condo features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests—and your pup is welcome too. Vaulted ceilings, warm natural light, and mountaintop views create an inviting alpine atmosphere, while the large private deck with outdoor seating is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Mammoth. Inside, gather around the free-standing pellet stove on the oversized sectional couch with large flatscreen TV, or enjoy family meals in the well-stocked kitchen with dining seating for six plus additional bar seating. Designed with families and groups in mind, the home includes games, a high chair, and a fun bunk room complete with a foosball table. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite on the lower level with King bed and private en-suite bath with shower, flatscreen Smart TV. A second King bedroom upstairs with shared hallway full bath with shower. A Queen guest room downstairs with shared hall full bath with tub/shower combo. Lastly the kids zone with a spacious bunk room featuring a Twin-over-Full bunk with twin trundle plus Twin-over-Twin bunks and foosball table, smart TV. Additional conveniences include private stacked laundry, common area BBQ (may be available in Summer only), and excellent complex amenities including year-round hot tub, outdoor pool (summer only), and sauna. Located just a one-minute walk to the free Red Line shuttle with service to The Village, Main Lodge, and Snowcreek Athletic Club, Chateau de Montagne #14 offers exceptional access to Mammoth’s top attractions. Guests are within walking distance to Mammoth Creek Park, LA Kings Ice, Mammoth RecZone, bowling, shopping, dining, and nearby trail systems. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club featuring an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, yoga, pilates, cycle studio, and more—making this the perfect mountain getaway for every season. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, no smoking is permitted, one pet is permitted in this pet friendly home (additional pets must be approved). The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
