This beautifully styled 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage blends warm wood tones and restored beach cabana design with a fun, funky split-level layout that feels both unique and inviting. The sparkling pool, framed by striped lounge chairs and tropical cabanas, creates the perfect backdrop for slow mornings and sun-soaked afternoons. THE SPACE: This St. Augustine Beach historic cottage with private pool and walkable beach access is designed for both relaxation and easy coastal living. The kitchen is fully equipped for casual meals or beach snacks. Both bedrooms feature plush, high-quality mattresses that ensure a great night’s sleep after long beach days. Step outside to enjoy the large outdoor patio, where lounge chairs and a propane BBQ set the stage for relaxed afternoons and easy dinners under the Florida sky. The home features a pool house with an additional half bath. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included. THE LAYOUT: This home has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout. Guest Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed Studio: 1 Queen Sofa bed Guest Bathroom 1: In the hallway between the 2 bedrooms, with a walk in shower. Guest Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a walk in shower inside of the "studio". Half Bathroom: In the detached pool house. LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer located in the hallway in the studio. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience. PARKING: Parking is available in our driveway (3 spots) and we ask that there is no parking in other home’s dedicated parking. AMENITIES: Sparkling blue pool. Propane BBQ grill. Pool loungers. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near drive-on beaches like A Street, and walkable in just steps to the walk on access. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Guests will have access to the entire home. We recommend renting a car for your stay. Pricing is $60 a day/$350 a week. Please Note: Pool heat is available only when the outdoor temperature is over 60 degrees (if under 60 degrees, we cannot guarantee the heater can maintain a swimmable temperature). WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Guests must be 21 or older to book. Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice. NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
