OTHER THINGS TO NOTE & BOOKING The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old. We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25. A valid ID may be required at check-in to verify age compliance. Parking: Free/Paid parking for up to 4 cars is allowed on the property. Good Neighbor Policy: All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Boat Ramp Update: Due to recent increases in water levels, some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18, and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up-to-date water levels and ramp openings, please visit the mycanyonlake website. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
