Bedroom Configuration Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The King Bed is configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated. Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds. Bedroom 3: Features 2 Single Beds. Sofa Bed: A Double Sofa Bed is available in the living room for additional guests. An additional guest fee of AUD $50 per guest applies when using the sofa bed. Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 9 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. Building Access & Parking Access: The building is equipped with lift access. Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved. Important Information Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Additional Bedding Charges: The sofa bed is available for additional guests, with an additional guest fee of AUD $50 per guest. Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary. Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional. Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use.
