On arrival, the internal lift provides convenient access between the entrance level and the garage, making unloading luggage and arrivals effortless. From the entrance level, you step straight into the heart of the home, where the kitchen and dining area, complete with a separate butler’s pantry, opens into the light-filled living space, perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking outlook.
With stylish, comfortable furnishings throughout, choosing where to relax will be the tricky part. The living area flows seamlessly out to the alfresco entertaining space, fully equipped for memorable gatherings. The Hill Residence comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. All bedrooms are located on the lower level and are accessed via the internal staircase.
