- The homeowner lives on-site, in the separate house that is attached to the rental by a long hallway with locked doors on both ends and no common walls. The owners have a separate entrance on a different street from the rental’s street and entrance. The entire outdoor area is private to the rental unit
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is above the door facing the road, back patio, and parking area. Camera 2 is under the back patio facing the covered patio and pool. Camera 3 is a Ring doorbell on the main house facing the front yard. Camera 4 is above the patio facing the front yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
