A true one-of-a-kind home, the residence’s living space is lavishly spread across 3 floors. Indoors features rooms filled with natural light that beautifully contrast with warm wood detailing, while the private outdoor grounds boast a wonderful lake access and green space with hiking trails for leisure and play.
Entertaining and meal prep are a breeze in the fully loaded kitchen outfitted with all the necessities and open access to the dining room plus additional bar seating. A gorgeous cathedral ceiling and large windows add ambiance to the living room where a stone fireplace (winter only) is second only to the stunning lake views.
When downtime is needed, escape to one of the private bedrooms that offer great sleeping arrangement options for any group configuration. This home has an actual 5BR/4.5BA and can fit 13 guests. The township strictly authorizes the use of 4BR with a maximum occupancy of 10.
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home’s Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
