This adorable 4BR/2BA "cottage" is in a private neighborhood with its own pool, near downtown restaurants, shops, and the beach. The spacious kitchen includes a stone fireplace. The main floor Master BR features a King bed with a full ensuite bath. Upstairs has a lounge with Xbox and 3 BRs: a King, a Queen, and one with 2 twins. The upper-level rooms share a full bath. Enjoy the screened porch or relax on the back porch overlooking the green space, pond, and pool.

An open social living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax, overlooking the pond. A cozy rock fireplace warms and relaxes during fall and winter stays. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and has a full ensuite bath.
Upstairs is a lounge area with an Xbox game console and two couches for kids (and kids at heart) to play. Three bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo that’s perfect for bathing kiddos after a fun day of play.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.
