Covering 192 square metres, Velionis Mansion is arranged across two separate residences: the Main House and an independent Guest House. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups of friends, the property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests while providing privacy and flexibility throughout. Inside the Main House, timeless elegance meets contemporary comfort. A spacious living and dining area, enriched with antique furnishings and refined decorative touches, is centred around a striking marble fireplace. Large windows frame the iconic caldera views, allowing natural light to flood the interiors. The fully equipped kitchen is positioned on a raised level and features modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee machine, and all essential cookware. The Main House offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The Master Bedroom enjoys direct views towards the volcano and sea and features a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, and safe. The second bedroom provides a more private setting with its own entrance from the courtyard, a king-size built-in bed, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, television, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The independent Guest House is spread over two levels and has its own entrance from the inner courtyard. The ground floor features a welcoming living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs, two single beds overlook the open-plan living area below, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, and direct access to the charming courtyard. Outside, the spectacular terrace and balcony invite guests to embrace Santorini’s unforgettable scenery. The six-person heated outdoor Jacuzzi provides the perfect place to unwind while admiring the caldera, whether bathed in the golden hues of sunrise or beneath the sparkling evening sky. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, central heating, complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite televisions, soundproofing, luxury toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, outdoor dining facilities, and private entrances for enhanced privacy. Velionis Mansion is located approximately 11 minutes by car from Santorini Airport and 26 minutes from Athinios Port. Fira’s restaurants, cafés, and shops are just a five-minute walk away, while the scenic caldera pathway leading to Firostefani can be reached within ten minutes on foot. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required and is pre-authorised by credit card seven days prior to arrival. The deposit is normally released within seven days of departure following a satisfactory property inspection.
