This location is ideal to enjoy the untroubled charm of Berlin, it lets you experience the multicultural flair of the lively Sprengelkiez. Numerous late shops, great bars and a diverse gastronomic selection will bring you closer to Berlin and our Wedding district. The historic center of Berlin and the city’s whole diversity is easily accessible from S & U-Bahn Wedding.
The 3-bedroom apartment with approx. 110 square meters offers space for up to 11 people.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each check-in. Due to the coronavirus, we take special care to disinfect frequently used surfaces before each check-in.
You can use WiFi free of charge in the entire property.
The bright, spacious apartment has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, two comfortable sofa beds as well as a large kitchen and a cozy dining area. The open kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The two bathrooms each have a rain shower and a toilet. The apartment also has 3 separate bedrooms.

You can easily explore various Berlin highlights by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstrasse, Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. You will also find a few bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Towels and bedding are of course included in the price. Baby cots are available on request.
For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building.
The apartment is all to yourself.
Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction.
If you have any questions or wishes we are glad to help you at any time before and during your stay.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information.
We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.
Please note, that a legally mandated culture and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
