In the heart of Berlin awaits you this modern furnished apartment (95sqm) with the typical Berlin charm. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg and is easily accessible from both the City West and Berlin Mitte.
The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each check in and then disinfected. The check in takes place online and is contactless.
The apartment with about 85 square meters can accommodate up to 8 people.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
The bright, spacious apartment (85sqm) is located in a beautiful house with the Berlin-typical Altbaucharme. It has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms and a comfortable kitchen.
In the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) is also a cozy dining area with large dining table. The bathroom is bright and has a modern shower.

Various Berlin highlights can be easily explored by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstrasse, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find many very nice bars, great restaurants and many different shops.
Towels and bedding are of course included in the price. Cots are available on request.
For your comfortable stay you will find an elevator in the building. Please note that the elevator stops in the intermediate floors of the stairwell and you only have to climb a few steps to the apartment.
For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building.
The apartment is all to yourself.
Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction.
If you have any questions or wishes we are glad to help you at any time before and during your stay.
The area around the apartment is probably one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. The street is a bicycle street so it is very quiet and relaxed. Within walking distance you will find countless cafes, bars and restaurants.
The connection to public transport is excellent. The stations Senefelderplatz and Eberswalderstrasse are within walking distance. Just around the corner there is a carpark in which you can park your car for 12 € per day.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information.
We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.
Please note, that a legally mandated culture and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
