Our new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus loft, 2,000 square foot custom built residence is absolutely breathtaking! Perched above Purgatory Ski Resort in the exclusive Double Diamond neighborhood, it provides amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range, Spud and Engineer Mountains.
The home has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with no expense spared, and features multiple covered decks (525 sq. ft.) with gas fire pits and seating, private hot tub, infrared sauna, BBQ, Level 2 EV Charger, 2 car garage (10 foot doors) as well as the expected amenities such as reliable high speed WIFI, washer/dryer etc.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a 6 burner gas stove, double electric ovens with high end appliances and cookware, making preparing meals a pleasure.
One of our favorite features is the incredible number of windows throughout the home, almost all of which have amazing mountain views. The home has central AC for the occasional warm summer days and a Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) system to improve indoor air quality by circulating fresh air while retaining heat. The two larger bathrooms have steam showers and heated floors.

The home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets or emotional service animals.
4WD/AWD is highly recommended during winter.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
