Parking for this home is on the driveway located behind the home on Dixie Drive. Guests must walk from driveway around the corner to the front door on Law Street. • Garage is not for guest use. • Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. • Pack n’ play and highchair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. • There is a separate detached studio located behind the rental home. The space is private and has a separate designated entry. You may see an occupant entering and exiting from time to time. • This home is monitored by exterior cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest sign an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
