The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, boasts a wonderful view of the square and Santa Maria Novella Basilica. Access is only possible via stairs. (around 60 steps).

The space consists of two well-separated areas:

Living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette.
The sofa bed will be properly arranged if requested for 3 or 4 guests.
We’ve added some extra touches for your relaxation during your stay, including Netflix on the TV, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, international power outlets, and USB ports. We’ve also provided a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave.
At Florence Property Manager, we are always available to provide you with all the support and assistance you may need. However, you can access the apartment completely independently through self check-in, which also includes automatic registration of your ID documents.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find every comfort and modern technology: from the smart TV to high-speed internet, from the microwave to the kettle, and even power outlets with universal adapters and USB ports.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, with around 60 steps to walk, so it may not be suitable for those with physical or mobility issues
You’ll access the apartment through self-check-in, allowing you to enter your Florence Charming Apartment any time after 3 PM by following the instructions you’ll receive via email once the process is complete.
Hot water is supplied via a 60-liter electric boiler, so we recommend taking short showers of 10 to 15 minutes to avoid running out of hot water. It takes approximately 1 hour for the boiler to recharge.
Our office provides prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Outside these hours and days, we respond to emergencies only via phone or chat.
During check-in, we’ll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
