KITCHEN:
Cook with ease in the beautifully updated, sunlit kitchen featuring a generous skylight, stainless steel appliances, a propane range ideal for stormy winter evenings—if the power goes out, you can still prepare meals without interruption. White subway tile, warm wood shelving, and ample counter space create a calm, modern space for meal prep. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, blender, utensils, and everything needed for effortless cooking. Cleaning supplies include Nellie’s ocean-safe, gentle products, supporting both sustainability and sensitive skin.
COFFEE + TEA:
Start your mornings with freshly roasted Foggy Bean coffee from Ucluelet, brewed in the drip coffee maker with filters provided or a french press. A curated selection of organic Thay Tea offers a peaceful, local way to begin each day. There is a coffee grinder on site.
LIVING + DINING ROOM:
The open-concept living and dining area is designed to highlight the ocean from every angle. Gather around the large sectional sofa or settle into the modern lounge chairs with the wood-burning stove glowing nearby. The dining area sits beside floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the open ocean—perfect for long, slow breakfasts or intimate dinners with a view.

Primary Bedroom:
This welcoming queen bedroom features modern styling, a full closet, dresser, nightstands, and sweeping ocean vistas. A wall-mounted smart TV allows you to stream your favourite shows by signing into your own profile. A private ensuite powder room with a toilet and sink adds convenience and comfort.
Second Bedroom:
Thoughtfully appointed with a queen bed, full closet, dresser, and nightstands, this cozy retreat also includes a wall-mounted smart TV where guests can sign into their preferred streaming apps.
BATHROOMS: 1.5
The main full bathroom offers a bright, modern design with a bathtub/shower combination, soft neutral tones, stone-pattern flooring, and a contemporary vanity with plenty of storage. Complimentary Carina Organics bath products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) are included.
The primary ensuite powder room—located inside the primary bedroom—includes a toilet and sink for privacy and ease.
OUTDOORS:
Step outside onto the expansive ocean-view deck furnished for dining and lounging in the dramatic coastline. After surf or beach adventures, rinse off in the outdoor shower complete with a skylight. A sunny south-facing yard and charming front porch offer peaceful places to unwind, all surrounded by towering forest.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
Perfect for small families, the home includes a pack and play, child-friendly plateware, and easy access to gentle trails, beaches, and bike routes.
INTERACTION:
Marielle’s Lookout is designed for independent check-in. Guests receive a detailed Welcome Guide before arrival, and Blue Crush Vacation Rentals is available by message if you have any questions during your stay. Long-term tenants reside in a separate home on the property and fully respect your privacy.
LOCATION:
Nestled at the edge of the forest and perched above the shoreline, this home offers the perfect balance of privacy and proximity. The closest beach is Tonquin Beach, accessible via the scenic Tonquin Trail Connector, a beloved local route through lush forest and stunning coastal viewpoints.
Enjoy quick access to the town center, cafés, shops, restaurants, and several additional beaches—all while returning home to a quiet, peaceful retreat.

GETTING AROUND TOFINO:
Getting around Tofino is part of the adventure! The scenic Multi-Use Path (MUP) runs through town and is perfect for walking, biking, jogging, or strolling.
PUBLIC TRANSIT:
Hop on the West Coast Transit bus for easy travel between Tofino and Ucluelet (and stops along the West Coast). It runs seven days a week with frequent service—and you can find routes, maps, and the full schedule online at BC Transit.
Other easy options include:
• Bike & e-bike rentals for cruising town and trails
• Rideshare via the Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers)
• Pre-arranged private shuttles (Tiki Bus, Pacific Rim Navigators) for larger groups
• Rental cars, including Budget and EVO (pre-arranged airport pickup)
KNOW BEFORE YOU PARK:
Tofino has paid parking in many downtown and beach areas, especially in peak season. Signs and pay stations will show rates and time limits—typically hourly in effect May through October during daytime hours.
You can pay at kiosks or use mobile apps like Honk Mobile or PayByPhone to make it easy.
Tips:
• Parking spots are enforced daily; always check signs.
• Free short-term parking and resident permit options exist in certain zones.
• Consider alternative transit or bikes to skip parking hassles altogether!
WILDLIFE & QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect the peaceful surroundings and the wildlife that frequent this coastal area. Due to wildlife keep all food items inside and cars secure.
BOOKING POLICIES:
- Not pet friendly
- Maximum of 4 guests; minimum age to book is 25
- Tenants live on site in a separate residence, as per District of Tofino bylaw and Province of BC
- Cleaning fee plus GST, PST, and MRDT apply to all bookings
- Peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15) requires a 3-night minimum; stays must be back-to-back to prevent gaps. If a single-night gap occurs, guests may be contacted to adjust reservations
- Mid-season and holiday rates apply on winter long weekends and Christmas
- A 3-night minimum stay applies on all Canadian statutory holidays
- Discounts of 5–10% may be available for stays of 7+ nights (excluding peak season); contact us to inquire
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee plus GST; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable
- A damage deposit of $300 is held (not charged) at check-in for direct, OTA, and OTA reservations and released within five business days after checkout, pending no damage.
