This family-friendly retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in beds. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed. The two remaining bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep for everyone. Step outside and discover your own private oasis with a screened pool, perfect for relaxation and fun in the sun. The backyard also features a grill and outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy family-cooked meals and poolside lounging. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower and a half bathroom located by the pool. Inside, you’ll find brand-new hardwood floors throughout the house, complemented by tile in the bathrooms. All four bathrooms have been fully remodeled and feature modern walk-in showers. The open kitchen, equipped with new appliances and countertops, serves as the central hub of the home. Both the family living room and the master bedroom open up to the pool area, inviting natural light and the refreshing Naples air. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there. You can walk to beaches and shopping. We would recommend a car to experience all of Naples! The location of this property puts you a convenient walk away from the beach and just a short drive from a variety of attractions around all of Naples. *Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee. The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation. Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60+tax/day. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100+tax/day. If pool heating is selected, the heater will be turned on prior to your arrival. *Guest is expected to sign a rental agreement for this property. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT -Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability. - Check-out time is 10 am. - No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys.
