This cosy 75 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with a lift, is situated on the first line of the Can Picafort seafront and offers spectacular views of Alcúdia Bay and the mountain. With capacity for up to 4 people, it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy a holiday by the sea with family or friends.
The property features a bright living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and bar, from where you can contemplate the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed of 135 cm and another with a single bed of 90 cm and a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds, perfect for families. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
One of the great attractions of the apartment is its private balcony with stunning sea views, from where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Additionally, the sea can be seen from all rooms, which provides a unique sense of spaciousness and luminosity.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware. It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi connection, television, heating with electric radiators and three fans for greater comfort throughout the year.
The apartment is located in an unbeatable location, just 5 metres from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and surrounded by all services: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport just steps away. Additionally, it is close to points of interest such as the S’Albufera Natural Park, the virgin beach of Son Serra de Marina, the Hidropark of Alcúdia or the Alcanada golf course.
A perfect place to enjoy the sea, nature and the Mediterranean atmosphere in one of the liveliest areas of northern Mallorca.
