The main level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and access to an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Up the stairs you’ll find the remaining bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles. Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.
