Building rules prohibit pets with a history of aggressive behavior and restrict the following breeds: Chow Chows Dalmatians Doberman Pinschers Pit Bull breeds Presa Canarios Rottweilers Pet Fees — Per Pet 1–4 nights: $25 per day 5–29 nights: $200 30+ nights: $300 Any unauthorized pet is subject to a $500 fine. ❗ Other Things to Note Security Deposit or Damage Waiver Required After booking, every reservation must select one of the following through our Guest App: Option 1: $450 refundable security deposit Option 2: $45 nonrefundable damage waiver This requirement is completed separately after booking and applies to all reservations. The $45 Damage Protection Program provides coverage for accidental damage up to $450. It does not cover smoke-remediation cleaning or lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers. Lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers are charged at $200 per item. 🔐 Guest Verification Is Required To meet legal and property security requirements, guests may be asked to: - Provide a valid government-issued photo ID - Confirm contact information - Complete the required verification portal - Complete a criminal background check when required Information submitted for verification is collected for screening and verification purposes and is not stored or used for another purpose. All guests must also complete a rental usage agreement before the stay.
