The spacious kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample space for meal preparation. On the upper level of the townhome, you will find the primary suite featuring a queen bed, a natural stone fireplace for added ambiance, a flat-screen television, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom with newly tiled flooring and a shower/tub enclosure. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a Captain’s bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top), making it an ideal space for children in the group or anyone requiring additional bedding options, along with a flat-screen television and a full en-suite bathroom. The location of this mountain townhome is exceptional; in addition to being adjacent to the second largest body of water in Colorado, it is only six miles from the historic town of Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski Granby Ranch Ski Resort is a mere 15 minutes away, while Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Areas are a 30-minute drive. Hot Sulphur Springs, one of Colorado’s best-kept secrets, is just a short 20-minute drive away. Nearby summer activities encompass nearly all types of water recreation, including boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjacent three lakes and their tributaries.
