The property owners and management do not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. By using the pool, guests agree to abide by all safety rules and acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk 🛜 Wi-Fi, TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay. ♨️ Charcoal Grill (Shared Amenity) – Guests are welcome to use the outdoor charcoal grill. Just bring your own charcoal and enjoy! ⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you’ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out. ◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. 👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
