If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street Melbourne VIC 3000” just across the road from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options. If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us. Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in. This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
