Just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets, as well as some of the city’s most iconic places. The area combines the creative atmosphere of Malasaña with the tranquillity and elegance of Chamberí.
The apartment is very well connected with public transport. Bilbao and Tribunal metro stations are located just a few minutes’ walk away, which allows easy access to any point in Madrid.
The flat

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
