Quietly situated in the residential area of Via Quarda Superiore, on the 1st floor of a five-storey building, this contemporary escape offers spacious accommodation for groups of family or friends. The main air-conditioned living space is divided by a central wall to create two interconnected spaces. A lounge furnished with a Smart flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed, and a kitchen-diner fitted with: a Moka coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, and a fridge freezer.
Thanks to its strategic location, this apartment is a fantastic starting point for exploring the region. Visitors can easily alternate between days at the beach and excursions into the Ligurian hinterland to discover charming medieval villages, nature trails, and authentic local food traditions.

The property is located in the heart of the historic port of Savona on the Ligurian Riviera. The city is dominated by the impressive Fortezza del Priamar (a 5-minute walk) and offers a blend of maritime history, elegant piazzas and a relaxed coastal environment.
Guests can wander through the old town to see the beautiful Cappella Sistina, which was built for Pope Sixtus IV and the iconic Torre Leon Pancaldo, then enjoy fresh seafood along the old harbour ’Darsena’ (all accessible in approximately a 2-minute walk). Spiaggia delle Fornaci, one of the most popular beaches in Savona, a long sandy stretch with both free areas and private beach clubs, is a 7-minute drive, whilst Spiaggia Libera del Prolungamento is less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The closest restaurant is a 1-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. There’s a farmers’ market - Mercato Contadino - also a 5-minute walk away that sells fruits, vegetables, honey, olive oil and seasonal produce (located on Via Guidobono 22/R), it operates most weekdays and Saturdays
Beyond the city, Savona is perfectly placed for exploring the Riviera di Ponente. Guests can take a short trip to Finale Ligure (a 35-minute drive) to discover its sandy beaches and charming medieval old town (Finalborgo) or head to Alassio for one of the best sandy beaches in Liguria (approximately a 1-hour drive). A scenic drive east brings you to Genoa (45-minutes), where grand palaces and one of Europe’s largest aquariums await.
The closest International Airport is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, approximately a 40–50 minute drive.
