This private oasis features a heated swimming pool with spill-over spa, a fenced backyard, lush tropical landscaping, and a covered boat house with dock—just minutes from Estero Boulevard and the new Margaritaville Resort. This inviting two-bedroom, one-bath space features a full kitchen and a cozy living area with a pull-out sofa, perfect for families or small groups. French doors open directly to the pavered pool deck, blending indoor and outdoor living with ease. Step outside to enjoy the covered lanai, fire up the built-in gas grill for a casual cookout, and rinse off in the outdoor shower—all in the comfort of your own private oasis.
