This modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom semi-detached house is located
within the secure Big Bay Beach Club estate in Bloubergstrand, along
Cape Town’s majestic West Coast.
Step into this delightful semi-detached home and be greeted by an
open-plan living space offering everything guests need for a
comfortable self-catering stay. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet
all your culinary needs and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and
Nespresso machine for your convenience. The lounge invites you to sit
back and relax on plush sofas while you enjoy your favourite TV shows
on the flat screen TV, with internet access provided throughout the
unit. The intimate dining area makes the ideal spot to sit together and
enjoy all your favourite food and drinks. For added convenience there
is also a guest toilet on this floor. Leading out from the living area
through glass sliding doors is a semi undercover private patio with an
outside braai and outside furniture where you can unwind and soak up
some sun.
Make your way up the staircase to the second floor, which houses the
three well appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom
provides guests with a very inviting king size bed, a glass sliding
door opening onto a vey quaint balcony allowing fresh air and natural
light to fill the room and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower,
toilet and basin. The other two rooms offer single beds in each room
and make use of a shared bathroom including a bath, shower, toilet and
basin. All linen and towels are included with your stay, and there is
driveway parking available.
Big Bay Beach Club offers an array of facilities for guests to enjoy
such as a communal swimming pool, a putt putt course, tennis courts as
well as a bar/club house, all at no additional charge. The convenience
of your location brings you within a short walking or driving distance
to shopping malls, popular restaurants and bar as well as the majestic
Blouberg beaches.
