Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is perfect for rest and relaxation. This location does not allow parties of any kind and guests are expected to respect the residential atmosphere. No more than 10 guests (eight adults) are allowed on the property at one time. This home does not allow trailer or boat parking on the premises, but Happy Harbor Marina is just a short walk away!

This four-bedroom, four-bath retreat is located in the heart of Orange Beach and is perfect for families. This house is right off Marina Road with a four-vehicle maximum. Under the house, you’ll find parking and plenty of seating for family barbecues and golden sunrises and sunsets with someone you love. Inside, you’ll find a bright and relaxing atmosphere, with a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the bay, an entertainment area with lots of comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, and an attractive dining area, perfect for tonight’s dinner party.
The full kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, appliances, and counter space you need to create something wonderful for your guests. The balcony is a great place to enjoy an al-fresco meal or a morning coffee and is accessible from the dining and entertainment areas, as well as from one of the guest bedrooms. (All told, you’ll have four well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own flatscreen TV, for everyone to enjoy when it’s time to call it a night.) Off the kitchen, there is a private laundry room with a washer and dryer to ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip.
