You can seriously WALK everywhere in Downtown Gatlinburg!! Its awesome!! If you are tired then just grab a ride on the Gatlinburg Trolley! We have a trolley stand right in front of our building!! Parking is Free and access is 24 hours a day!! So arrive anytime after 4 pm on the day of your arrival and come and go as you please! Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets. We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. *Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. *Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
