Dog Behavior & Liability Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited. Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues. Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
