Comfortable and spacious three-room apartment with open kitchen, in a quiet and residential area of Santa Margherita Ligure but still convenient to reach the center, the beach and the train station. It is the ideal location to spend unforgettable days of vacation in serenity in the Gulf of Tigullio.
The apartment consists of a cozy living area with a sofa, table and kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and another one with a double french-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a private garden.
The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (you can smoke outside, in the garden) and is equipped with television and wifi. Hairdryer, towels and bed linen are also available for the entire duration of your stay. Air conditioning is also available in the bedrooms (not the living room).
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean, refined and comfortable environment. Take care, you are welcome!
The property is located in Santa Margherita in a quiet and residential area, a few steps from all services: supermarkets, pharmacy and bars. With a pleasant walk you can reach the train station and bus stops or the ferry pier to explore nearby towns and discover the wonders of the Gulf of Tigullio.
We remind our guests that the apartment is located on the ground floor and that there are some steps to enter in the building condo.
House rules:
- Check-in at the apartment by appointment from 15 to 21. Alternatively, it is possible to organize a self check-in (always starting at 3 p.m.).
- Tourist tax (4.00 euros per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival
- In case of late arrivals after 21, a supplement of Euro 30 is required for late check-in until 23 or Euro 40 for arrivals after 23 (not in the case of self check-in).
- Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identity document
- Upon check-in, the guest is made to sign a rental agreement as required by law.
City Tax: € 4,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
