KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
Both kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and large and small appliances. The ground floor residence includes a dining table with seating for four and barstool seating for two, while the second floor residence features barstool seating for four at the countertop bar and stainless steel appliances. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Beachview Bundle: By booking this combined listing, you’re eligible to receive our exclusive complimentary package upon request, which includes upgraded beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cooler, and cart) and the potential for early check-in and late check-out, based on availability.
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning.
Pets: This home welcomes a maximum of two pets (dogs only). Size and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, three twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Free laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Two garage parking spaces are provided, one on the right and one on the left. Small to mid-sized vehicles are recommended. Additional metered and unmetered street parking is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack’ N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

The best strategy is to park the car and not use it until your departure! There are several local transportation options (Uber, the downtown shuttle, taxi, and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle. Bus service is nearby as well.
