Absolutely stunning in all of the best ways, this colorful Ranch style architectural gem has all the charm and swagger of 1954 Palm Springs, plus modern updates and conveniences where you want them. As soon as you step foot inside, you will be greeted by the vibrant paint, pops of modern art, and spacious layout perfect for you and yours to kick back and enjoy Palm Springs the right way. The living room offers an HDTV, fireplace, and plenty of seating for watching movies or entertaining your guests for cocktails. Or you can move the conversation out back through the french doors to the garden patio, complete with an outdoor bar and poolside fire pit with a great sunset mountain view.
While outside you’ll enjoy being surrounded by lots of lush landscaping, mature banana, tangelo, and lemon trees, and a large inviting saltwater swimming pool with a nine-foot deep end, all situated on a generous and private 10,000 square foot lot! On warm days you’ll enjoy plenty of shade from the sun under the huge olive tree that is the focus of this backyard oasis. This tree was planted when the house was built in 1954!
Back inside, also circa the 1950s and 60s, both bathrooms feature original green or pink porcelain tile and have been modernized with fun and vibrant wallpaper that is sure to make you smile. Nearby, there are two private and comfortable bedrooms to retreat to. The front bedroom offers an HDTV and a private patio with access to the backyard and beautiful mountain views. The en suite bedroom also has an HDTV, plus a quiet office area and a private bathroom, with direct access to the pool patio. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and a coffee station to start your day properly. And the adjacent dining room and bar area will help wind down your day properly!
Located in central Palm Springs just over a mile from downtown shops, restaurants, and museums, Oliver’s Oasis is the perfect home base for a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Palm Springs.
