This four-bedroom home has been outfitted for entertaining, offering a lovely backyard where you can lounge by the pool, unwind in the hot tub, and grill, dine, and swing in the hammock with a commanding view of the mountains. At night, four contemporary bedrooms await to give you a restful night’s sleep: a private master suite with a king-size bed and a gas fireplace and three guest bedrooms with a queen-size bed apiece.

This home is located in El Mirador, a desirable neighborhood in central Palm Springs immediately east of downtown. You’ll be able to walk to Palm Canyon Drive (half a mile west) and its many acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, theaters, and bars, as well as the public tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park (three-quarters of a mile south). If you’re a golfer, take your pick from more than 100 world-class golf courses in the area; if you’re a hiker, spend a day exploring the gorgeous desert landscapes of Tahquitz Canyon (three miles south) and Indian Canyons (six miles south).

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-Pool heat is optional at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call us to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $49/day.
