Come for the sun and stay for the fun with this rental that has a gated development that features oversized pool and spa areas, tennis courts, great mountain views and is close to everything that makes Palm Springs so special.
The big beautiful sparkling heated pool and spa are very close, yet far enough away to have a very quiet and peaceful surrounding. After a day of excitement, set out to the private balcony with a favorite drink and soak up the views of desert landscaping and spa area. The living room is spacious, with numerous windows and a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony displaying views that a ground-level condo can not produce. When mealtimes come around, the kitchen boasts wood cabinets, tiled countertops, and all the large and small appliances you’d find in your own home!
Things to Know
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
