Professionally designed in a stylish retro Hollywood Regency vibe and a Palm Springs flair, this unforgettable getaway will be just the place to call home on your next long-awaited vacation! With 1400 square feet of living space plus two large covered patios surrounding the pool, there is plenty of space for relaxing in Palm Springs style. As you enter the living room you’re welcomed by two low stylish blue sofas and a large HDTV. There’s also a small desk to work remotely if needed. The dining area is open to both the living room and kitchen and designed as an extension of the kitchen island making for the perfect gathering spot. Just outside the dining area is a large covered patio with lounging sofas that runs the length of the back of the house, and faces East, so there is plenty of space to relax out of the sun. Both the outdoor living room and the dining patio look out on the saltwater pool and spa. From the pool, there is a great view to the West of Mt. San Jacinto, one of the most dramatic sights in the desert.

Located north of Palm Springs International Airport, this ideal retreat is in a great area to check out everything this city has to offer. Head out for the day and make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring local boutiques, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. Some great places to grab a bite are Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
