Parking: Two spaces, on the left and right sides, in a two-car garage accessed via rear alley, small to mid-size vehicles only. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available. YOUR SPACE: Guests will have access to the ground-floor 3BR/2BA residence and the upper 3BR/2.5BA residence, which includes all interior spaces and the bayfront patio, balcony, and rooftop deck. Please note that rooftop deck access is via a narrow hallway ladder and may not be suitable for all guests. Children must be closely supervised at all times when using the ladder and rooftop area. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
