Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods, with essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee provided to get you started.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the ground-floor 3BR/2BA residence and the upper 3BR/2.5BA residence, which includes all interior spaces and the bayfront patio, balcony, and rooftop deck. Please note that rooftop deck access is via a narrow hallway ladder and may not be suitable for all guests. Children must be closely supervised at all times when using the ladder and rooftop area. Guests are responsible for the safety of all members of their party.

Air Conditioning: Enjoy air conditioning throughout the second-floor residence. Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, the ground-floor residence does not have air conditioning, though ceiling fans in the primary bedroom and dining area are provided for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in each residence, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: Two spaces, on the left and right sides, in a two-car garage accessed via rear alley, small to mid-size vehicles only. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack’ N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
