House Rules - Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via OTA or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. ~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. ~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- OTA money request will be sent within 14 days of departure. ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee. ~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved. ~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. Absolutely no cats allowed. ~There is an additional $150 pet fee. ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
