Things to Know PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. The Duffy boat docked at the property is not available for guest use. If it will be used during your stay, you will receive at least 24 hours’ notice. Access to the dock is via the exterior walkway, so entry into the home is not required. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is best suited for guests who will be respectful of neighbors. Parties, excessive noise, and occupancy violations are not permitted.
