This Tyra townhome offers the very best in both location and amenities! The living area, located on the middle level, is large and inviting with its wood-burning fireplace. The large picture windows overlooking the Four O’Clock Ski Run provide ample light and privacy for this space. Spend your afternoons/evenings sitting on the wide balcony, watching skiers return home on the Four O’Clock run. This main level offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather, play games, or watch a movie on the living room’s large TV. The newly remodeled and well-equipped full kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.
On the top level of the townhome, you will find a large primary suite with an attached, recently remodeled primary bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. Just off the main bedroom is the loft area, which features an additional sofa bed. The lower level offers two bedrooms and two beautifully remodeled bathrooms. The bunk bedroom has a handcrafted wooden bunk bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and two separate sink rooms. The second suite features a TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. All of the bedrooms feature new mattresses, ensuring a restful night of sleep. Both lower-level rooms have full sliding glass doors for great views and easy access to the Four O’Clock Run!
This Tyra Townhome also offers guests access to an updated clubhouse with a shared indoor swimming pool and an outdoor and indoor hot tub. Additional amenities include a private standard-size washer/dryer, complimentary internet access, and, uniquely, a private, heated two-car garage.
