The modern kitchen, organized around a practical central island, is fully equipped with oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to a small private balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet moment of fresh air. The single bedroom also features its own small balcony, where the washing machine is conveniently located outside, providing a practical and discreet solution.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one master bedroom, one twin bedroom convertible into a double, and one single bedroom, making the apartment suitable for families as well as small groups of friends. One of its greatest strengths is the location.
