Waterscape C402 This condo has a view of the Tropical Gardens and Pools. C402 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues, greens, and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. this home has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. <b>Things to Know</b> Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities.
