Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, and the secure double garage. There are no shared spaces. The property is fully self-contained, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and easy access experience. Ocean Reef is best explored by car, with easy access to major roads connecting you to surrounding coastal suburbs and Perth’s city centre. You’re approximately 30–35 minutes from Perth CBD, making it convenient for both leisure and business travel. Nearby shopping centres, beaches, cafés and parks are all just a short drive away. For those preferring public transport, local bus routes connect to nearby train stations, providing access to the Joondalup line and direct routes into the city. The property includes a secure double garage and additional driveway parking for your convenience. CHECK-IN TIME - Check-in is 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. - Early check-in can be requested. CHECK-OUT TIME - Check-out is 10 am. - Late check-out can be requested. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler’s names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver’s license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
